Founded by Adnan Ahmed and Nathan Ellington, One Stop Sports Management is all about providing a fresh approach to player management. We emphasis from our experience on developing the players on and off the field with hands on mentoring. We understand very well the pitfalls of the professional game and ruthless nature so it is vital that especially young players are guided on how to deal with scenarios which if not given the correct advise then the player could be at risk of under performing. Adnan and Nathan have experienced all types of situations through their professional playing careers and dealt with various agents so are perfectly pitched to aid players in all aspects.
One thing One Stop Sports Management specialises in is helping the players to improve their game with various mentorship techniques. We truly believe everything is possible if the player is performing on the pitch so we have a unique approach in ensuring the players are mentored in understanding what is required to be a top professional. We provide 24/7 reachability so any advise or situation players require advise for, from our experience we will help mentor to ensure players react in the best manner and make correct decisions. A Players fall could be due to bad decisions so avoiding these scenarios will help a player's progression.

Meet Our Team

Adnan Ahmed

Ex Professional footballer who has experienced internationally football and played in the Hungarian premier league as well as in Asia. Adnan has overcame many barriers to become one of only a handful of asian players to have made the grade. In this his experience will certainly be valuable in assisting players in understanding the core principles required in making it through determination and perseverance.

Adnan comes from a business background with his father owning a large corporate business so whilst playing he learnt valuable business principles which helps provide our clients with multi dimensional approaches to player management. Commercial aspect of a player maximising his worth is important when you take into consideration how short a career is.

 

Nathan Ellington

Ex Professional footballer who has played in all the leagues from conference through to the premier league. With huge wealth of experience Nathan understands how it feels and what it takes to be a professional player so his mentorship will be invaluable in developing players to maximise their ability.

Through the years Nathan had many contract negotiations so understands very well what the worth of player’s contract should be and with his extensive network within the game it brings excellent opportunity to connect to key decision makers when dealing with transfers
